本文探讨了60岁及以上女性乳腺癌的临床特点,分析了近年来老年乳腺癌患者48例,本文提示腋窝淋巴转移率为64.6％,老年患者诊治往往延误。腋窝淋巴结阳性疗效较差,临床应注意加强综合治疗。
This article explores the clinical features of breast cancer in women aged 60 years and over and analyzes 48 elderly patients with breast cancer in recent years. This study suggests that the rate of axillary lymph node metastasis is 64.6%, and the diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients is often delayed. Axillary lymph node positive effect is poor, clinical attention should be paid to strengthen comprehensive treatment.
