财政信用是指财政部门将特定范围内的各种财政性资金以信用形式有偿使甩的行为。它是财政体制改革的产物,也是提高财政资金使用效益的一种尝试。但是,从近几年湖南省的发展情况来看,财政信用已成为影响全社会信用总量的一支不可忽视的力量,问题不少,亟待规范管理。
Financial credit refers to the financial sector will be within the scope of a variety of financial funds in the form of credit paid off. It is a product of the reform of the financial system and an attempt to improve the efficiency of the use of fiscal funds. However, judging from the development of Hunan Province in recent years, the financial credit has become a force that can not be ignored in affecting the total credit of the whole society. There are many problems and there is an urgent need to standardize management.
