高中数学的逻辑性和思维性很强,知识体系很庞大,如果方法不当则学习效率低、压力大,如果方法得当则学习效率高、压力小。提高数学学习效率除了要配合老师教学之外,更重要的是要养成课前预习,课后复习和总结的学习习惯,培养克服困难的意志力和信心。同时,要坚持深入学习,强化对课堂知识的认知和理解,通过复习使自己对知识进行巩固,查漏补缺,提高学习效率。
