类脂褐素是由膜脂过氧化作用产物与细胞内的蛋白质、核酸和磷脂交联形成的一种荧光性化合物,通常与细胞的衰老密切相关。以往的研究工作证实植物器官中也存在脂褐素类似物,其与植物衰老和果实成熟有密切关系。在植物中,许多其它物质都与类脂褐素(LFLP)有着密切的关系:对LFLP的形成起促进作用的物质主要有丙二醛、脱落酸、脂肪氧合酶;谷胱甘肽、超氧化物歧化酶以及α-生育酚等抗氧化物质均能抑制LFLP的积累。除此之外,LFLP的含量还与温度、时间、光照、空气等外界条件有一定的关系。本文概述了植物中类脂褐素的形成及相关研究现状,并对该领域的研究前景和类脂褐素与农产品质量控制之间的关系进行了探讨。
Lipofuscin is a fluorescent compound formed by the cross-linking of membrane lipid peroxidation products with intracellular proteins, nucleic acids and phospholipids, and is often closely related to cellular senescence. Previous studies have confirmed that lipofuscin analogs are also found in plant organs, which are closely related to plant senescence and fruit ripening. In plants, many other substances have a close relationship with lipofuscin (LFLP): substances that promote LFLP formation are mainly malondialdehyde, abscisic acid, lipoxygenase; glutathione, Oxidative dismutase and antioxidant substances such as α-tocopherol can inhibit the accumulation of LFLP. In addition, the content of LFLP also has a certain relationship with the external conditions such as temperature, time, light and air. This review summarizes the current situation of the development of lipofuscin in plants and the research prospects in this area and the relationship between lipofuscin and quality control of agricultural products.
