电路仿真机辅分析的精度取决于所用的各种电路元件等效模型的精度，而如何建立各种电路元件精确的等效模型同时又要满足机辅分析对自动黑盒建模的要求是ＥＣＡＤ技术面临的难题。本文采用数学方程的综合推导和伴随方程的进一步完善，从理论上解决这一难题。
The accuracy of computer-aided analysis of circuit simulation depends on the accuracy of equivalent models of various circuit components used. However, how to build an accurate equivalent model for various circuit components and meet the requirements of machine-assisted analysis for automatic black box modeling is ECAD Technology is facing problems. In this paper, the comprehensive derivation of mathematical equations and the accompanying equation to further improve the theoretical solution to this problem.
