文章结合洪江群体性事件的特点,从五个方面总结了处置工作的经验与教训。文章认为处置群体性事件必须坚持实事求是的思想路线,必须立场鲜明,各部门要相互配合,充分运用法律武器,同时要建立灵活的现场指挥机制。
Combined with the characteristics of Hongjiang mass incidents, the article summed up the experience and lessons of disposal from five aspects. The article holds that the mass incidents must be guided by the ideological line of seeking truth from facts and must be clear-cut. All departments should cooperate with each other and make full use of legal weapons while establishing a flexible on-the-spot command mechanism.
