隆尧县委为了加强对赴村任职干部的管理,调动他们的积极性,制定了一系列管理办法和优惠政策。对赴村任职的干部严格管理,实行绩酬挂钩,奖惩并举,实绩特别突出的在政治上给予荣誉,经济上给予重奖,并把这些干部作为选拔乡局级领导干部的一个重要来源。在管理上,对选派到村任支书的干部,由县委组织部和乡镇党委双重管理,以乡镇党委管理为主。工作上直接接受乡镇党委的领导,同乡镇党委签订目标责任书,其年度目标完成情况和考核结果报县委组织部备案。奖惩由乡镇党委按照干部管理权限审批
