放牧家畜采食量测定,对于评定放牧家畜的营养状况有着十分重要的意义。基于已报道的饱和链烷烃测定技术,对羊粪和植物样中饱和链烷烃含量测定的前处理方法、气相色谱条件及内标物的选择进行了改进和修正。结果表明,改进后的方法更加简便、易于操作,以C36作为内标物对测定结果影响极小,具有较好的应用性。
Grazing livestock feed intake determination, for grading the nutritional status of grazing livestock has a very important significance. Based on the reported methods for determination of saturated paraffins, the methods of pretreatment, gas chromatographic conditions and the selection of internal standard of saturated paraffin in sheep manure and plant samples were improved and modified. The results show that the improved method is more simple and easy to operate. C36 as internal standard has little effect on the determination results and has good applicability.
