In recent years, low-power He-Ne laser acupoint irradiation has been used to treat certain type I allergic diseases at home and abroad, and satisfactory near-term efficacy has been achieved. There have been many reports, and there are certain advantages compared with other treatment methods, but there are certain advantages. The principle of its action is rarely discussed. We chose the Passive Cutaneous Anaphylaxis Reaction (PCA) test method to observe the effect of He-Ne laser acupoint irradiation on type I allergic response. The experimental method was to formulate lanolin and paraffin oil in incomplete Freund’s adjuvant in a ratio of 1:4, and add 5 mg of trichosanthin (Shanghai Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory) to make a suspension per ml of incomplete Freund’s adjuvant. According to the dosage of 1 mg trichosanthin per kilogram, the upper suspension was injected into the hindpaw palms of 8 healthy male rabbits weighing 2.0-2.5 kg and randomly divided into laser and control groups, 4 in each group. 8 mW He-Ne for Laser Group
