我们在临床医疗实践中发现一例慢性重度苯中毒所致的再生障碍性贫血(以下简称再障)患者,虽经输血及多种药物治疗,无明显疗效。由于输血感染了乙型肝炎后,病情随即逐步好转,以至再障痊愈。现将该病例的病情,治疗经过及随访结果作一报告。 患者 女性。33岁,1965年12月21日入院。
We found in clinical practice a case of chronic severe benzene poisoning caused by aplastic anemia (hereinafter referred to as aplastic anemia) patients, despite the blood transfusion and multiple drug treatment, no significant effect. As the blood transfusion infected with hepatitis B, the condition then gradually improved, and even aplastic anemia recovered. Now the case of the disease, treatment and follow-up results for a report. Patient female. 33 years old, admitted to hospital on December 21, 1965.
