一、引言自从党的十六届四中全会首次完整提出“构建社会主义和谐社会”之后,国内众多专家、学者、干部积极开展有关和谐社会的讨论。而党的十六届六中全会上《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》的发布,意味着我国构建社会主义和谐社会迈出了极其重要的一步。
I. INTRODUCTION Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made its first complete proposal of “building a socialist harmonious society”, many domestic experts, scholars and cadres have actively conducted discussions on a harmonious society. However, the release of the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues concerning the Construction of a Harmonious Socialist Society” at the 6th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee means that our country has taken an extremely important step toward building a socialist harmonious society.
