860例包虫病手术病例分析

1953年1月到82年12月的30年中,我院附属医院外科住院人数38,661人,其中包虫病手术病例860例,占外科住院病例总数的2.22％。年包虫病例数最少17例,最多54刚。最常受累部位为肝脏,占72.67％,其次为肺,占17.09％,腹腔占4.53％,脾占0.015％,其余有脑、骨、颔下、胰、肾,胃、膈肌、胆道、膀胱、腰肌、骶尾部、胸腔、胸壁,腹壁、腹膜后、大网膜、肠系膜、肝系膜、盆腔、有阔韧带、子宫和直肠膀胱陷窝。说明我区包虫病

In the 30 years from January 1953 to December 82, the number of surgical inpatients in our hospital was 38,661, of which 860 were enucleated, accounting for 2.22% of the total number of surgical inpatients. Hydatid disease cases at least 17 cases, up to 54 just.
