采用双抗体夹心 EL ISA法测定了 Graves病 (下称 GD)患者外周血白细胞介素 Iβ( IL - Iβ)及白细胞介素 ( IL- 6)的水平 ,旨在探讨 GD时外周血 IL- Iβ和 IL- 6的变化及其相关关系。结果显示 ,GD各组血清 IL- Iβ与 IL-6水平与正常对照组比较均显著增多 ( P均 <0 .0 1) ,IL- Iβ与 IL- 6呈显著正相关关系。认为 IL- Iβ与 IL- 6在 GD的发生发展过程中起了重要的作用
The levels of interleukin - 1β (IL - 1β) and interleukin (IL) -6 in peripheral blood of patients with Graves disease (GD) were determined by double antibody sandwich ELISA, And IL-6 changes and their relationship. The results showed that serum levels of IL-1β and IL-6 in GD groups were significantly increased compared with the control group (all P <0.01), IL-Iβ and IL-6 showed a significant positive correlation. IL-Iβ and IL-6 play an important role in the development of GD
