建筑业目前处于产能过剩,行业竞争激烈,市场不规范,经营规模与经营质量未同步提升的现状,导致项目经营亏损广泛存在,且呈不断扩大趋势。有效控制项目的施工成本,遏制项目经营亏损,已成为施工企业急需解决的问题,为此,提出实行招标采购,控制材料成本;实施超前策划,优化资源配置;严格成本控制,提升管理效率;强化分包管理,风险与利益共担;技术经济比较,优化施工方案;筹划变更索赔,实现效益最大化等措施建议供施工企业参考。
