用单克隆抗体流动细胞计数法对30例脑肿瘤患者(良性18例、恶性12例)术前和术后周围血中的各淋巴细胞亚群进行了测定,并同时进行CT扫描和生活状态估价。结果良性肿瘤组和恶性肿瘤组间未见明显差异(P>0.05);肿瘤切除前、后比较结果为:良性组OKT_4分别为42.6±9.7和48.9±6.3(P<0.01),在恶性组OKT_4分别为37.0±9.4和46.3±5.2(P<0.05);OKT_3分别为60.5±7.2和70.2±6.1(P<0.05);另外病情为PS_(1~3)组病人的OKT_3(24.4±6.5)较病情为PS_(4~6)组病人的低(30.0±8.4)(P<0.1)。 总之,本研究结果表明,脑肿瘤患者被抑制的细胞免疫功能,随着肿瘤的全切除、病情的改善而得到恢复。
The lymphocyte subsets in 30 cases of brain tumor (benign and 18 cases, malignant) in preoperative and postoperative peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry with monoclonal antibody, and CT scan and assessment of living status were carried out at the same time . Results There was no significant difference between benign and malignant tumors (P> 0.05). The results of OKT 4 in benign group were 42.6 ± 9.7 and 48.9 ± 6.3, respectively (P <0.01) OKT_3 were 60.5 ± 7.2 and 70.2 ± 6.1, respectively (P <0.05). In addition, OKT_3 (24.4 ± 6.5) was significantly higher in patients in PS_ (1 ~ 3) group than those in PS_ (1 ~ 3) Patients in PS_ (4 ~ 6) group had the lowest (30.0 ± 8.4) (P <0.1). In conclusion, the results of this study indicate that cellular immune function suppressed in patients with brain tumors is restored as the tumor is fully resected and conditions are improved.
