目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和白细胞介素1(IL-1)对室旁核神经元发育的影响。方法40只出生后24h的小鼠颅内直接注射TNF和IL-1,饲养至1周龄和1月龄时,用组织学方法观察室旁核神经元的形态特征、核团构筑及神经元分类情况。结果1周龄TNF低浓度组和IL-1组室旁核区清晰,核区内大型神经元多,核周质内可见深紫色的尼氏体,1月龄时各组间无明显的区别。结论TNF和IL-1能调节神经元发育,促进室旁核成熟期大型神经元数量的存留
Objective To investigate the effects of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) on the development of paraventricular nucleus neurons. Methods Forty mice were injected intracranially with TNF and IL-1 intracranially at 24 h after birth. The animals were maintained at 1 week and 1 month of age. Morphology, nucleus construction and neurons of paraventricular nucleus Classification situation. Results The 1-week TNF low concentration group and the IL-1 group had a clear paraventricular nucleus with many large neurons in the nucleus and deep purple Nissl body in the perinuclear area. There was no significant difference between the groups at 1 month . Conclusion TNF and IL-1 can regulate the development of neurons and promote the survival of large neurons in paraventricular nucleus
