腐蚀一直困扰着脱碳装置的正常操作和经济运行。为了解胺法CO2捕集系统的腐蚀特性并改善腐蚀问题,该文采用新型混合有机胺CO2吸收剂,在捕集CO2中试实验台上进行了连续运行实验,采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对吸收塔典型位置的碳钢腐蚀片进行了形貌特征、腐蚀产物成分以及元素含量分析。结果表明:4处典型位置的腐蚀程度由高到低依次为模拟烟气入口、吸收剂出口、模拟烟气出口、吸收剂入口;模拟烟气入口的腐蚀产物为FeO(OH),可能是由Fe(OH)2转化而来,其余3处没有检测到典型的CO2腐蚀产物;气态CO2对吸收塔的腐蚀作用最大。
Corrosion has plagued the normal operation and economic operation of decarbonization plants. In order to understand the corrosion characteristics of amine CO2 capture system and to improve the corrosion problem, a new type of mixed organic amine CO2 absorbent was used to conduct a continuous operation experiment on CO2 capture test bench. The scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction Carbon steel corrosion sheet of the typical position of absorption tower was characterized by morphology, composition of corrosion products and elemental content. The results show that the corrosion of typical locations at four locations is simulated flue gas inlet, absorbent outlet, simulated flue gas outlet and absorbent inlet in descending order; the corrosion product of simulated flue gas inlet is FeO (OH) Fe (OH) 2 was converted from the other three did not detect the typical CO2 corrosion products; gaseous CO2 on the absorption tower corrosion greatest.
