近来,学术不端的事件屡有发生,几乎到了不成新闻的程度。如果我们有足够的耐心,盯上过去一二十年来所有的学位论文,估计天天爆料都可以持续好几年。中国的学术不端行为为什么会严重到这样的程度,惩戒不力是重要的原因,但绝不是惟一的原因。我们不仅要看到抄袭者敢于抄袭的问题,更要思考背后愿意抄袭、必须抄袭、能够抄袭的问题。因此,如果要对学术不端行为进行问责,不仅要问责抄袭者,更要问责教育现实、学术环境、科研体制。
Recently, academic misconduct has occurred frequently, almost to the point of no news. If we have enough patience and eyeing all the dissertations in the past one or two decades, it is estimated that they will last for several years. Why China's academic misconduct will be so serious to such an extent, poor discipline is an important reason, but by no means the only reason. We not only want to see plagiarism plagiarism problems, but also to think about the plagiarism behind, we must plagiarism, plagiarism problems. Therefore, if we want to hold accountability for academic misconduct, we should not only hold accountability plagiarism, but also hold accountability education reality, academic environment and scientific research system.
