I. Implementation of Municipal Budget in 2010 Local fiscal revenue in the city increased by 16.1% over the same period of previous year. The general budget revenue of local finance of the city was 235.39 billion yuan, up 16.1% over the same period of last year and 106.6% of the completed budget. Among them, the municipal level completed 130.42 billion yuan, an increase of 16.1%, to complete the budget of 106.6 billion yuan 122.6 billion yuan.
