本文分析了在模拟型航测仪器解析化改造中精密导轨因负载增大而产生弯曲变形的问题,提出采用卸载技术克服导轨变形的方法,介绍了卸载装置的原理、结构和设计计算。
This paper analyzes the problem that the precision guide rail is bent and deformed due to the increase of load in the analysis and reconstruction of analog aerial survey instrument, and proposes a method to overcome the deformation of the guide rail by unloading technology. The principle, structure and design calculation of the unloading device are introduced.
