李培植1933年12月生,浙江湖州人。1961年1月毕业于苏联列宁格勒造船学院动力系。六十年代回国后在上海发电设备成套设计研究所从事科研工作。现任我国唯一一家出口计算机整套设备专业公司——新华电站控制工程有限公司总经理。1992年被评为上海市首批优秀科技企业家。在此之前,他在自动控制技术方面的科研成果多次获得市、部级奖励。为了加快科技成果产业化,1985年,他和几位志同道合者创办“新华控制技术联合开发中心”。以后,
