为加强辽宁省与美国知识产权界之间的学术交流与合作,促进辽宁的对外开放,辽宁省知识产权研究会于1998年5月18日、19日在沈阳举办了’98辽宁中美知识产权研讨会。该省老领导、知识产权研究会顾问林声出席了会议开幕式和闭幕式,该省知识产权研究会领导顾栽延、赵传军、姚维煊、郑晋生等同来自美国和该省在企业、高校、科研机构、管理部门、律师事务所从事知识产权工作的70余名专家、学者、教授参加了研讨会。国家知识产权局、中国知识产权研究会派代表到会指导,重庆市派代表参加了会议。
In order to strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation between Liaoning Province and the United States intellectual property community and promote Liaoning's opening to the outside world, the Liaoning Intellectual Property Research Institute held '98 Liaoning-China Intellectual Property Rights Symposium in Shenyang on May 18 and 19, 1998 seminar. Lin Sheng, an adviser to the province's old leader and intellectual property seminar, attended the opening ceremony and closing ceremony of the conference. Gu Zhiyan, Zhao Chuanjun, Yao Weijie and Zheng Jinsheng, leaders of the provincial Intellectual Property Research Institute, More than 70 experts, scholars and professors engaged in IPR work by management departments and law firms participated in the seminar. The State Intellectual Property Office and the China Intellectual Property Research Association sent representatives to attend the conference, and Chongqing Municipality sent representatives to attend the conference.
