DNA纤维荧先原位杂交是一种分子细胞遗传学技术,现已应用于克隆排序、人类基因组高分辨物理图的绘制、染色体组织结构分析和致病基因的定位克隆等多个方面。本文总结了近年来该项技术在方法学、应用等方面的进展,并与其它染色体FISH方法进行比较。
DNA fiber fluorescence in situ hybridization is a molecular cytogenetic technique that has been used in many aspects such as cloning and sequencing, mapping of human genome high-resolution physical maps, structural analysis of chromosomes, and positional cloning of pathogenic genes. This article summarizes the progress of the technique in methodology and application in recent years and compares it with other FISH methods.
