本文介绍了《煤矿安全规程》对竖井斜井单绳缠绕提升机安全制动的规定及国产 B792型液压站的原理及整定计算方法.指出单绳缠绕提升机的安全制动事故,主要是 B108型液压站,难于同时满足《规程》关于安全制动减速度及停车制动力矩的要求,它们也有一个二级制动的问题。文章给出的盘式闸液压站的最佳安全制动力的整定计算方法及示例,可供设计、安装及生产管理和教学参考.
This paper introduces the provisions of “Coal Mine Safety Regulations” on the safety brake of single-shaft winding hoist of inclined shaft and the principle and setting calculation method of domestic B792 hydraulic station.It is pointed out that the safety brake of single-rope winding hoist is mainly B108 Type hydraulic station, it is difficult to meet the requirements of the “Rules” regarding safe brake deceleration and parking brake torque at the same time. They also have a problem of secondary brake. The article gives the calculation method and example of the best safety braking force of the disc brake hydraulic station, which can be used for design, installation, production management and teaching reference.
