阐述快速成形制造(RP&M)技术中采用分布式组件结构所搭建的网络化服务集成系统的体系结构,并按照各组件所具有的特点对系统进行功能设计。建立包含目标层、准则层及方案层的RP&M工艺决策的指标体系,提出一种基于专家系统和模糊综合评判的RP&M工艺选择的新方法,构建RP&M制造工艺选择的决策支持系统。对RP&M协同制造的过程规划进行研究,采用时间尺度原则确立各种RP&M工艺监控点,为过程管理与监控提供理论依据。实际开发的网络化服务系统经应用表明,可以方便、快捷地支持企业新产品远程开发。
The architecture of networked service integration system based on distributed component architecture in Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing (RP & M) technology is described. The function of each component is designed according to the features of each component. An index system of RP & M process decision making including target layer, criterion layer and program layer is established. A new method of RP & M process selection based on expert system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed, and a decision support system of RP & M manufacturing process selection is constructed. The process planning of collaborative manufacture of RP & M is studied, and various RP & M process monitoring points are established on the basis of time scale to provide theoretical basis for process management and monitoring. The actual development of networked service system application shows that you can easily and quickly support the remote development of new products.
