在现代化、全球化背景下,少数民族优秀传统工艺的传承面临价值观冲击、传承成本过高、传承路径局限等困境。基于现代学徒制在传承优秀民族传统工艺方面具备的引导学徒职业价值认知、降低工艺传承成本、提高民族工艺传承有效性等优势,有必要通过现代学徒制的多元培养、推陈出新、工学结合等具体策略,提高民族工艺传承的吸引力,促进民族工艺产业的发展并构建民族工艺传承新范式。
