作为一名初中数学教师,我们要不断关注新课程改革的动向,积极参加各级各类教学改革培训,并结合自己的教学实际以及初中数学的学科特点,把教育教学改革的理念运用于初中数学教育教学,用新课程教学理念指导自己初中数学课堂教学。在这一探索过程中,也出现了这样或是那样的具体问题,也曾出现过反复,但是我们要坚信教学改革是我国教育教学战略性的转变,作为一线初中数学教师必须要进行教育教学改革,要创造性地开展教育教学改革工作。
