合成了二茂铁甲醛缩胺基硫脲西佛碱及其与Cu2+、Co2+的配合物.对其进行了组成分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、热分析、摩尔电导及抑菌活性实验.结果表明:配体L组成为Fc*CHNNHCSNH2,配合物组成为〔Cu2L3Cl3〕Cl,〔CoL2Cl2〕.抑菌活性实验表明:钴配合物对绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、八叠球菌及大肠杆菌均有较强的抑菌性能
Synthesis of ferrocene formaldehyde thiosemicarbazone and its complexes with Cu2 +, Co2 +. Its composition analysis, infrared spectroscopy, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, thermal analysis, molar conductivity and antibacterial activity experiments. The results show that the ligand L is composed of Fc * CHNNHCSNH2 and the complex consists of [Cu2L3Cl3] Cl, [CoL2Cl2]. Antibacterial activity experiments show that: cobalt complexes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Sarcina and Escherichia coli have strong antibacterial properties
