《人民政协报》1995年8月12日有一篇关于“模范监狱”的报道,其中有句话说“罪犯被培养成了认罪伏法、遵守监规、文明礼貌的守法群体……”还有一句是“(他)昔日为私利破坏农田设施而伏刑,如今承包养鹿场、苹果园并且热心助教、修路……”两句中的“伏”字均不妥。 “伏法”、“伏刑”二词,均指“犯法被处死刑”,显然不能用来描述正在狱中“安心改造”的罪犯,若改用
