目的:综述近年来黄酮及黄酮衍生物对细胞色素P450影响的研究进展。方法:查阅近年来国内外报道黄酮及黄酮衍生物对细胞色素P450影响的文献,进行分析、总结。结果:黄酮及黄酮衍生物对多种CYP酶皆有影响,并以对CYP1和CYP3A的影响报道最多。结论:黄酮及黄酮衍生物成分与其他药物合用时要注意其代谢性相互作用。
Objective: To summarize the research progress on the effects of flavonoids and flavonoid derivatives on cytochrome P450 in recent years. Methods: The literatures about the effects of flavonoids and flavonoid derivatives on cytochrome P450 in domestic and abroad were reviewed and analyzed. Results: Flavonoids and flavone derivatives all had effects on a variety of CYP enzymes, and most of them were reported on CYP1 and CYP3A. Conclusion: The flavonoids and flavonoid derivatives should pay attention to their metabolic interactions when combined with other drugs.
