种子萌发过程实质上是种子吸水而引起的一系列大分子物质分解和合成活性的顺序激活的过程,种子吸胀初期有大量的溶质渗漏和胚受损伤;种子的吸胀进程和吸胀程度的不同显然会影响种子的某些生理生化性状和萌发动态。本文研究了表面活性剂吐温-80浸种对大麦种子萌发及某些生理生化性状的影响,并初步探讨了这些影响的可能机理,以期为提高种子萌发率提供新的措施。
