京津冀地区在经济快速发展的同时,也正面临着日益严重的生态环境问题。片面地追求经济增长速度,导致这一地区生态系统服务功能不断退化。经济增长和生态系统承载力之间的矛盾冲突已经成为京津冀地区社会经济可持续发展的重要制约因素。文章根据1990~2010年京津冀地区各类生态系统类型的面积变化,计算比较了京津冀三地生态系统服务价值的变化,并从生态系统与经济发展协调程度、生态系统的经济绩效两个角度分析了这一变化与京津冀地区经济增长的关系。
While Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is developing rapidly, it is also facing increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems. Unilaterally pursuing the rate of economic growth has led to the continuous degradation of ecosystem services in this region. Conflicts between economic growth and ecosystem carrying capacity have become important constraints on the sustainable socio-economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Based on the change of the area of various types of ecosystems in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from 1990 to 2010, the article calculated and compared the changes of ecosystem service value in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. From the coordination of ecosystem and economic development, the economic performance of the ecosystem This paper analyzes the relationship between this change and the economic growth in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
