废旧纺织品数量的快速增长,使每年有大量的可回收资源被直接丢入垃圾掩埋场或焚烧。资源循环利用、开发绿色能源等成为解决资源紧缺、保护生态的有效方式,逆向物流应运而生。笔者在废旧纺织品逆向物流网络建设的基础上,对其网络设施的选址模型进行了研究。该模型在实现经济成本和社会成本最小的优化基础上,对废旧纺织品逆向物流建设过程中的设施数量及每一个选定设施相对应的模糊回收数量进行了确定。
The rapid growth in the volume of used textiles has caused huge amounts of recoverable resources to be directly thrown into landfills or incinerated each year. Recycling of resources, development of green energy and other resources have become an effective way to solve the scarcity of resources and protect the ecology. Reverse logistics has emerged. Based on the construction of waste textile reverse logistics network, the author studies the site selection model of its network facilities. Based on the optimization of economy cost and social cost, the model determines the quantity of facilities and the amount of fuzzy recovery for each selected facility during the process of building reverse logistics.
