中小企业在中国经济中占有举足轻重的地位,而在现阶段我国中小企业面临的许多问题,其中最主要的就是企业核心竞争力的缺失。因此要想使中小企业健康发展,就必须寻找出中小企业自身的核心竞争力。从而才能在后金融危机时代,使我国的中小企业做到“又好又快”的发展。本文在明确中小企业所面临的一系列问题的基础上,通过核心竞争力理论,建立了中小企业核心竞争力评价模型。使用近三年的上市中小企业的财务数据,通过因子分析法进行样本企业核心竞争力的测评。
Small and medium-sized enterprises occupy a pivotal position in the Chinese economy. However, at the present stage, many problems faced by the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are most notably the lack of core competitiveness of the enterprises. Therefore, if SMEs are to develop healthily, they must find their own core competitiveness. Only in this way can the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country become “sound and fast” in the post-financial crisis era. Based on a series of problems faced by SMEs, this paper establishes the SME core competitiveness evaluation model through the core competence theory. Using the financial data of listed SMEs in the past three years, the core competitiveness of the sample enterprises was evaluated by factor analysis.
