由于云南独特的地理政治环境、民主开放的文化氛围及其中国共产党的正确领导,云南在抗日战争时期抗日民主运动风起云涌,昆明被誉为“民主的堡垒”。在这种基础上形成并发展起来的中国共产党领导的多党合作,不仅对于抗日战争的胜利具有积极的推动作用,还对日后昆明的和平解放乃至今天云南多党合作大好局面的形成都具有深远的意义。
Due to the unique geographical and political environment of Yunnan, the democratic and open cultural atmosphere and the correct leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, Yunnan is surging in its anti-Japanese democratic movement during the Anti-Japanese War.
