观念的创新是最大的创新。在社会变革这个大的时代环境下,思想工作也正面临着一场转型,孕育着一次新的突破。其中,观念的变革无疑将首当其冲。笔者仅就目前思想工作中存在的认识误区谈些看法。一、关于奉献意识首先,从奉献与义务的关系看,我们的思想工作还较少考虑义务因素,常把义务也说成奉献。比如,我们的典型宣传,尤其在写干部时,往往以干部本应什么也不干为前提,在此基础上,把干了些什么的干部写成奉献者。其实,就算是干了前任几年、十几年没做的事,也是义务,应归义务范围,不应列入奉献行为。这就像医生之救死扶伤、治病救人,军人之冲锋陷阵、保家卫国一样,都是各自应负的职责与义务。如果不这样做,那就违反了职业道德规范,社会就会陷入一种危险的境地。所以奉献是义务之上之外又干的好事。

For example, our typical propaganda, especially when writing cadres, often regards cadres who have done something as devotees on the premise that cadres should do nothing. In fact, even if it did a few years ago and did not do more than a dozen years ago, it is also an obligation and should be governed by voluntary obligations and dedication should not be included. This is like a doctor’s life-and-death rescue, medical treatment and rescue, military strikes, and defending the homeland, are their respective responsibilities and obligations. If we do not do this, then we will violate the code of ethics and the society will be put in a dangerous situation. So dedication is another good thing to do beyond the obligation.
