党的十一届三中全会以来,随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济的发展,我省各类社会团体数量越来越多,分布也越来越广。从总体上看,我省社会团体党的建设尚处在起步阶段。社会团体中党员数量比较少,多数社团投有建立党组织;在已经建立党组织的社团中,有些党组织不能正常开展活动,作用没有充分发挥,对党员的教育、管理和监督也跟不上;有些地方和业务主管单位的党组织对社团党建工作不重视,对所属社团党的建设和思想政治工作不管不问,等等。加强这一领域党的建设,已成为摆在各级党组织面前的一項重要而紧迫的任务。各级党组织要从深入贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,扩大党的工作覆盖面和提高党的社会影响力,巩固党的执政基础的战略高度,充分认识加强社会团体党建工作的重要性、紧迫性,明确基本思路和努力方向,开创社团党建工作新局面。一、建立健全社会团体党的组织,进一步扩大党的工作覆盖面加强社会团体党的建设,当前首要的工作是抓好党组织的
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, with the reform and opening up and the development of the socialist market economy, the number of various social groups in our province has been increasing and the distribution has also become increasingly widespread. Overall, the party building in our province’s social groups is still in its infancy. The number of party members in social groups is relatively small, and most of the mass organizations have the vote to establish party organizations. Some of the party organizations that have established party organizations can not normally carry out their activities and their functions have not been brought into full play.
