本文介绍了“我国独特的丰产的若干天然产物研究”的意义和取得的主要进展及成果。我们较系统地研究了57种药用植物及海洋生物,分离得到330余个化合物,其中萜类、黄酮、生物碱、小肽等新化合物118个。还发现了新的药用柴胡源种。经生理活性试验表明,大多数新化合物均有不同程度的生理活性。这些成果不仅对开发新的药源有重要作用,而且也丰富了有机化学的内容。对松脂化学研究,完成了由α-蒎烯合成芳樟醇、由α-蒎烯合成高旋光度龙脑(医用级)及樟脑、莰烯一步水合实现高转化率得到异龙脑;合成香料近30种;松香和松节油经转化合成了10余种高分子单体、预聚物及聚合物;萜类化合物的选择性氧化、重排等方法也获得有意义的进展。几年中发表论文100余篇,在各种学术会议上做报告20余篇,获国家专利两项,培养研究生近70名。
This paper introduces the significance of “the study of some natural products with unique high yield in our country” and the main progress and achievements made. We studied more than 57 kinds of medicinal plants and marine organisms, isolated more than 330 compounds, including terpenoids, flavonoids, alkaloids, small peptides and other 118 new compounds. Also found a new medicinal Bupleurum species. Physiological activity tests show that most of the new compounds have different degrees of physiological activity. Selective oxidation and rearrangement of terpenoids have also made significant progress. Over the past few years, he has published more than 100 papers and has done more than 20 reports in various academic conferences. He has obtained two national patents and has trained nearly 70 postgraduates.
