由湖南省经作局、省科委分别下达的“稻草栽培黑木耳技术的研究”课题,经过株洲县食用菌研究所两年的实践研究,终于在十月三十一日通过了省级鉴定。鉴定专家们认为:该课题选题准确、适用;评选出了产耳量高、质量好、抗逆性较强,通合稻草瓶栽的优良黑木耳菌株 A6、A10;并摸索出了瓶壁遮光、地膜封口,扎孔控制耳芽数量墙式栽培的高产栽培技术;在株洲县栽培25万瓶,生物转化率可达180%左右,居国内先进水平。
