实施儿童免疫规划票据化管理,对国家规定的一类疫苗实施凭票接种,既宣传了国家免费接种政策,便捷了安全接种管理,又利于儿童家长对接种工作开展有效监督,是贯彻落实国家扩大免疫规划政策的有效举措。建议结合当前的基本公共卫生服务项目,加大经费投入,积极推行免疫规划工作保酬的劳务化考核结算,以调动基层预防保健人员的工作责任心和积极性,进一步提高免疫规划工作质量。
