建立新型农村合作医疗制度,是为减轻农民因疾病造成的经济负担,为农民提供基本医疗保障服务的重要措施,是党中央建设社会主义新农村、关注民生政策的具体体现。各级国家审计机关从合作医疗审计制度建立之日起,就重视并开展了合作医疗专项资金的审计和调查工作。
The establishment of a new type of rural cooperative medical system is an important measure for alleviating the economic burden caused by diseases and providing basic medical security services to peasants. It is a concrete manifestation of the party Central Committee’s building a new socialist countryside and paying attention to the people’s livelihood policy. Auditing organs at all levels from the date of establishment of the auditing system for cooperative medical care have attached importance to and conducted the audit and investigation of special funds for cooperative medical care.
