进一步提高工作面的劳动效率和产量除了改善劳动组织之外还要求提高采煤机的生产能力。对于薄煤层和极薄煤层而言,提高采煤机的装机容量(这是提高采煤机效率可行的途经之一)受到了工作面空间高度的限制。因此降低负荷的不均衡性,首先降低负荷的低频分量是提高薄煤层采煤机生产能力的有效方法之一。这可以提高采煤机电动机的稳定力矩因而也就提高了采煤机的牵引速度。
In addition to improving labor organization, labor productivity and output on the work surface are also required to increase the production capacity of shearer. For thin and very thin coal seams, increasing the installed capacity of the shearer, which is one of the viable ways to increase the efficiency of the shearer, is limited by the height of the working face space. Therefore, to reduce the unbalanced load, firstly reduce the low frequency component of load is one of the effective methods to improve the production capacity of thin coal seam shearer. This increases the stable torque of the shearer motor and hence the shearer’s traction speed.
