目的:通过与老年患者的交流,观察、分析、总结其心理特点,探讨老年患者的心理因素对全口义齿满意度的影响,进而达到增进医患交流,提高患者对全口义齿的满意度。方法:对60例老年全口义齿修复患者进行回访,通过交流分析并进行评价。结果:在接受回访的60例患者中,发现即使全口义齿制作符合质量标准,仍存在部分患者不满意的情况。结论:生物—心理—社会医学模式对口腔医学体系存在着极大的影响,修复科医生在拥有优异的专业技能的同时,也应该充分认识心理因素对全口义齿镶复的影响的重要性,从而提高全口义齿使用者的满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To observe, analyze and summarize the psychological characteristics of senile patients and explore the influence of the psychological factors on the satisfaction of the complete dentures in order to improve the communication between doctors and patients and improve their satisfaction with complete dentures. Methods: A total of 60 elderly patients with complete denture were interviewed and analyzed through exchange. RESULTS: Of the 60 patients who were interviewed, some patients were found dissatisfied with the quality standards even though the total denture was produced. Conclusion: The bio-psycho-social medical model has a great influence on the oral medical system. The physicians of rehabilitation should have a full understanding of the importance of psychological factors in the complete denture rehabilitation with excellent professional skills. Thereby improving the satisfaction of the denture users.
