报道了进行射频温控治疗三叉神经痛的过程中采用CT定位的技术和方法,及其临床应用效果和体会。作者认为与传统的穿刺过程和定位方法相比较,应用CT定位方法能使术者避免反复多次穿刺,减少盲目性,能完全客观地显示定位的正确与否,弥补了传统定位方法的缺陷,避免由此引起的一系列并发症,此外,能依据CT定位图像准确穿刺针深度及其在卵圆孔内的位置,使治疗效果更确切。鉴于该方法的客观性和实用性,我们认为值得在临床上推广应用,至于该方法远期临床效果有待进一步报道。
Reported the technique and method of using CT localization in the process of radiofrequency temperature control treatment of trigeminal neuralgia and its clinical application effect and experience. The author believes that compared with the traditional puncture process and positioning method, the application of CT positioning method can make the surgeon avoid repeated punctures and reduce the blindness, and can completely and objectively display the correct positioning or not, thus making up for the defects of the traditional positioning method, To avoid the resulting series of complications, in addition, based on the CT image can accurately locate the needle depth and its location within the foramen ova to make the treatment more accurate.
