报道了进行射频温控治疗三叉神经痛的过程中采用CT定位的技术和方法，及其临床应用效果和体会。作者认为与传统的穿刺过程和定位方法相比较，应用CT定位方法能使术者避免反复多次穿刺，减少盲目性，能完全客观地显示定位的正确与否，弥补了传统定位方法的缺陷，避免由此引起的一系列并发症，此外，能依据CT定位图像准确穿刺针深度及其在卵圆孔内的位置，使治疗效果更确切。鉴于该方法的客观性和实用性，我们认为值得在临床上推广应用，至于该方法远期临床效果有待进一步报道。
