肝细胞癌是恶性程度最高的消化道肿瘤之一,虽然已有多种治疗方法和手段,但其高复发和转移性使患者预后差,生存率低。如何及早预测、诊断及治疗肝细胞癌,成为研究的重点和难点。分子生物学的迅速发展和检测技术的进步,为肿瘤分子生物学的研究提供了有利的条件。KAI1/CD82基因蛋白与多种恶性肿瘤的复发和转移相关。本文综述了KAI1/CD82的特点及其与肝细胞癌转移相关性的研究进展。
Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most malignant tumor of the digestive tract. Although there are many treatment methods and methods, the high recurrence and metastasis result in poor prognosis and low survival rate. How to predict, diagnose and treat hepatocellular carcinoma as early as possible has become the focus and difficulty of the research. The rapid development of molecular biology and the progress of detection technology provide favorable conditions for the study of tumor molecular biology. The KAI1 / CD82 gene protein is associated with the recurrence and metastasis of various malignancies. This article reviews the characteristics of KAI1 / CD82 and its relationship with metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
