进入2005年,素来低调的保利地产频频发力,在产品市场大打别墅牌。7月底,在继丽京花园别墅之后,时隔13年保利地产旗下的别墅项目“垄上”在京面世。尽管受到国家系列“新政”的影响,但“垄上”一期推出的别墅基本售罄,成交额逾3亿元,成为新政时期北京楼市一大亮点。同时上海十二橡树庄园、广州林语山庄、重庆保利国际高尔夫花园、武汉湖滨花园等别墅项目亮相各地市场。目前在全国各主要城市同时运作二十几个项目,保利地产打造中国地产长城的远景目标正在显现。
