作者调查了1966~1972期间,111例早产儿的听力情况。初生体重≤1500gm,成活率86%,全都用过保育箱护理,为时2~80天,平均37天。未使用正压呼吸。测听检查时的平均年龄6 1/2岁。结果发现感觉神经性聋10例,听力损失平均51dB,听力曲线呈下降型,或8000赫陡降型,无一例出现4000赫切迹,而一般认为,这是长久暴露于噪声所致耳蜗损伤的早期典型曲线。有或无感觉神经性聋的两组婴儿中,在保育箱内的平均停留天数并无差异,相反,这类婴儿出生前后常发生的一些疾病,如缺氧窒息,高胆红素血症或新生儿黄疸等,极易引起感觉神经性聋,这些疾病可致婴儿脑的室管膜下出血,或脑室出血,据报导婴儿窒息死后尸检,发现脑室出血并延及内耳。因此预防和及时处理这些疾病,是防治
The authors investigated the hearing of 111 preterm infants between 1966 and 1972. Birth weight ≤ 1500gm, 86% survival rate, all used care of incubators, for 2 to 80 days, an average of 37 days.
