采用正交实验优化了SrFe12O19的二次掺杂配方,研究了料浆粒度及粒度分布、取向度及烧结温度、保温时间对永磁铁氧体材料剩磁的影响规律及机理。在保证内禀矫顽力HCB≥230kA/m的情况下,材料剩磁Br≥430mT,达到国内领先水平。
