目的 探讨 bcl- 2在人原发性乳腺癌中的表达及与激素受体的相关性。方法 利用免疫组织化学 (IHC)方法检测 180例人原发性乳腺癌组织中 bcl- 2的表达及与 ER、PR激素受体的相关性。结果 乳腺癌中 bcl- 2、ER和 PR的阳性符合率分别为 5 7.78% (10 4/ 180 )、5 2 .2 2 % (94/ 180 )和 38.89% (70 / 180 )。bcl- 2与 ER、PR的阳性符合率分别为94.6 8% (89/ 94)和 92 .86 % (6 5 / 70 ) ~ 级乳腺癌中 bcl-2的阳性率为 6 6 .94% ,远高于 级 38.98% (P<0 .0 1) ;>五年生存率 bcl- 2的阳性率为 70 .5 9% ,≤五年生存期的阳性率 2 9.6 3% (P<0 .0 1)。ER、PR同为阳性的五年生存率为75 % ,ER、PR两者之一阳性的其五年生存率为 6 2 .2 2 % ,与 ER、PR同为阴性五年生存率 18%相比相差显著 (P<0 .0 1) ~ 级乳腺癌 ER的阳性率为 6 4.46 % ,与 级2 7.12 %相比相差显著 (P<0 .0 1)。 bcl- 2、ER、PR的阳性表达均与乳腺癌的组织学类型、肿瘤大小、病程、淋巴结转移、年龄无相关性。结论 bcl- 2与 ER、PR一样 ,可作为乳腺癌病人预后好的一种标记物 ,可反映肿瘤分化较好或属早期阶段
Objective To investigate the expression of bcl-2 in human primary breast cancer and its relationship with hormone receptor. Methods Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was used to detect the expression of bcl-2 in 180 cases of primary human breast cancer and its correlation with ER and PR hormone receptors. Results The positive rates of bcl-2, ER and PR in breast cancer were 5 7.78% (10 4/180), 52.2% (94/180) and 38.89% (70/180), respectively. The positive coincidence rates of bcl-2 and ER, PR were 94.6% (89/94) and 92.66% (65/70) ~, respectively. The positive rate of bcl-2 in breast cancer was 66.94% (P <0.01). The positive rate of bcl-2 in five-year survival rate was 70.59%, and the positive rate in 5-year survival rate was 9.6% (P <0. 0 1). The five-year survival rate of patients with positive ER and PR was 75%. The five-year survival rate of both ER and PR was 62.22% and negative with ER and PR was 18% The positive rate of ER was 6 4.46%, which was significantly different from that of grade 2 7.12% (P <0.01). The positive expression of bcl-2, ER and PR were all correlated with the histological type, tumor size, course of disease, lymph node metastasis and age of breast cancer. Conclusions bcl-2, like ER and PR, can be used as a marker of prognosis in patients with breast cancer and can reflect that the tumor is well differentiated or early stage
