建国以来,我国工夫红茶的生产和销售,在党和政府的亲切关怀和正确领导下,一贯景况很好。特别是在党的十一届三中全会以后,农村承包户生产茶叶的积极性越来越高,产量迅速增加,出口量也不断扩大,在国际贸易中,工夫红茶的情景是令人欢欣鼓舞的,尤其是我们祁门工夫茶,将进入新的兴旺阶段.我们生产的工夫红茶,所以能够长旺不衰,主要是自然条件优越,制工精良,具有茶叶独到风味。而其他的如速溶茶、袋泡茶、增香茶等等,虽一时迎合顾客好奇心理,名操一时,但终因失去茶叶真味,降低茶叶风格,经不起时间和消费者的考验,预后是不良的。
